I don't drink enough water. Usually go a lot late evening and when I'm asleep. Go more in cold weather, even more in my old age.
talking of drinking has anyone drank berocca [you on a good day] after this my pee is bright yellow... sorry just googled the answer... Why is my urine very, very yellow? That’ll be because Berocca contains vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Like all B vitamins, it’s water soluble so your body takes what it needs and discards the rest. And if your body doesn’t need all that lovely B2? Well, let’s just say that’s what leaves your pee super bright yellow.

More or less in direct proportion to the amount of tea, coffee, beer , wine, G+T consumed. Its got worse with age and Diabetes................but I am undaunted!!!!!!!!!!! Tony
volume of water intake should be taken to make pee straw coloured ,strong colours unless beetroot or other strong coloured foods are not normal get it checked out id say.
We have pee charts above all the urinals in our fire stations. All about colour in relation to dehydration. It should be both voluminous and odourless if not you need to drink more!
