I've really enjoyed reading about your trip, and it makes me think about getting away for an adventure too. Thanks for sharing
It's a shame as I use to pass bays all the time 7 or 8 years ago in mine but there seems very few on.tje roads these days
Do it! Do it now! We were ar Robin Hood’s Bay a few weekends ago, staying at the rather marvellous Boggle Hole YHA. Love it around there
Loving the adventures, if a little envious For filling up, have a look in a camping/caravan shop for something like this http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/w4-fill-up-5m-p155103 or buy a few metres of the blue hose and put some hoselock connections on it - a threaded adaptor and push on too, that way you can make sure you can use the brass taps with the thread or if it has a push on connector on already. A lot of sites still don't really adhere themselves to onboard water tanks so you need to bring your own hose.
loved reading your adventures, the east coast is lovely (i know i'm biased but it is). Pleased you enjoyed Robin Hoods Bay, it's one of my favourite places and have misspent many a time there And if anyone is thinking of staying at Robin Hoods Bay, a friend of mine does air bnb at the coastguards cottage overlooking the bay and the fabulous blues guitarist Steve Phillips is a local and plays the grosvenor pub regularly with the Rough Diamonds https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/11664433?location=Robin Hood's Bay, United Kingdom&s=-Dal1hr0 (and i can send you a link for money off if you're new to air bnb)
Thanks for taking the time to post I enjoyed reading about your trip makes all the difference when the weather behaves
