I'm interested to know how you get on if you decide to use an ordinary 14mm ring terminal. For a start, I couldn't find one off the shelf so I decided to use a 12mm yellow one & modify it. It took ages, to get the ID correct...not too big so it forms a seal...not too small so it hangs on the thread. It took ages to get it bent into the correct shape. The thermocouple terminals are ever so slightly more pliable than standard ring terminals so are 'easier' to bend. I got it in, connected it up, & it didn't work! I must have done something wrong...but wouldn't bother to go through all that again! I'd ring up these people & ask them if they'd sell me a thermocouple ring terminal for a 14mm plug!
I managed to crimp it back on and it's fine, so you'll have to wait for it to break again. But it is just a convenient place to attach the thermocouple wires, can't be anything else?
I can see it now, Steve ( @zedders ) striding around the coastal paths pulling @congi behind him in a radio flyer sat on a Pepsi cooler full of booze & other delights for the trip It would be epic!
I've been suffering I tell you. Not having a grill is bad enough, but no oven is a tragedy. Since I broke the combi I had in the paintshop in January I've been ovenless...
Funny, I actually did. Lol. That's possibly why I forgot the tomatoes and burnt it. Whisky though, not whiskey.
I burnt the other one, I had to make 2 because the dish I bought to make a big one wouldn't fit in the oven. First world problems...
wow it has a washing machine ,cool ,where does the waste water go? we have two ovens and I aint got a clue how to work either or the washing machines...
