I’ve never seen any brackets. If it’s clamped up tightly at the front by the tinware screws, should hold it in place.
Brackets ! That’s news to me Pleased your sorting the engine mounts Because they are desperate as it resembles a busted washing machine Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
At no point have I mentioned sorting the engine mounts. I am sorting tinware mounts so it doesn’t matter that my engine is like a busted washing machine!! Rude FIXED!
Ooh. Good spot!! No wonder so much of the oil smoke ended up in the cab!! That garage is proper class. You should’ve warned me @Lasty
Class indeed - bunch of shysters .... Rear tinware on mine is held in with the seal - scraped knuckles a-plenty getting around the back of the fanhousing
that's why i'm going to do mine at techenders with lots of checking from folk who know - terrified it'll get sucked in and trash another engine
My foam gets trashed dragging the leisure battery out and back in again. I'd heard of a rear tin support that was attached to the exhaust - and even had a note about it somewhere in the pile of random bits of paper that masquerades as my computer desk, but bugger knows where it is. I shall view yours with interest at techenders @CollyP
I believe you can now buy tickets to the “great tinware-to-exhaust bracket fitting extravaganza” happening in a field near Lutterworth very soon. VIP ticket holders get to actually experience fitting the brackets under ‘controlled, expert* supervision’. Please form an orderly queue, PayPal accepted. *terms and conditions- please be aware the supervisor is not qualified in any field (see what I did there?)
And then there`s .... I`ve named and shamed them sooooo many times on here - really are a bunch of pr*cks .. Less sleep for you next Techenders @CollyP , gotta learn sometime
