it's funny 'cos all the people on the rail forum have been on about it and the drivers of the loco's at didcot are messing about on the horns on purpose - did you hear that "tune" just?

so, the makers of the programme posted on the rail forum months ago asking for volunteers and promising to not take the pee or stereotype........ it's not going down well over there lol
Great program. It was fun and I liked the spotters on Doncaster station wandering into the picture to get on tv. King Edward II looked superb, but not sure about the blue paint. Saw the loco at Old Oak Common in the late 50's with its GWR green paint. I must pop over to Didcot soon to see it. The short black and white clip of the spotters on a station took me back. That's could have been me there. Hope some of you enjoyed the program and may now want to visit a heritage railway and join in the fun.
