just thought, thats my dads super viking on the drive. He bought it when it was about 9 month old in 1980

I was in Bodrum in the early 90's and saw lots of these too. I didn't see anyone get run over though. 50p a pint and 40+ deg. in the shade. Happy times.

 

I haven't seen one in 20 years, that's a good thing really, they were rubbish.

Looking again its a Marina with an Allegro grill grafted on.

 

Dead right a great time to travel in mi van !
I spent 6 months in Turkey , much of the time in Bodrum , floating along the south coast sleeping on beaches and cooking over an open fire - probably get arrested for it now !!

i think its a full Allagro but with a Marina boot

 

One just like this only in white for £50 , the floor of the boot fell out on the way to Gt Yarmouth then a little while later the valve radio caught fire ,happy days , bring back hydrolastic suspension

 

Always liked the look of the Austin 1100.
