I did get a Beatles wig for Christmas that year. Unfortunately 40*C heat and a nylon hair wig is also a recipe for heatstroke.

First was Delamitri Sheffield City Hall in about 1990.
Last was The Muldoon Brothers. At Birdwell Venue 2015.

 

First was Hawkwind at the Liverpool Empire when I was at school, last one was a few weeks back, Marc Almond at the Round Chapel, Camden. You always get a good drink at a Marc Almond gig

 

1st was Iron Maiden 1990 at the NEC... last was Ghost at the O2 Academy a couple of weeks ago...

Last gig was Mike and the Mechanics in March
Next gig is Adam Ant in May

 

First gig was Utah Saints Leicester university 1993, last was Speedometer at Norwich arts centre 2009 (I think).

The Who 1979 Bingley Hall ( home of Dubfreeze), Muse at Old Trafford cricket ground a few years ago.

 

First was Real Thing in 1978 at the Free Trade Hall Manchester and last was Earth, Wind & Fire at the Apollo Manchester about 3 years ago.

 

I have seen Hawkwind many, many times.
(Seven by Seven probably).
Always seemingly by being in the wrong place at the wrong time with people who actually haven't seen them before.
'Come on Bernard, it'll be great'.
Hawkwind are never great, they are totally, totally dire in every respect.
This is an actual gigging fact.

Hawkwind at Queen st Derby ...on the Space Ritual tour, must have been about 1974 ,75 ....last was Placebo at Manchester 2 years back and Mick Doyle And Adrian Dent's Neverland re union at Flowerpot Derby .
