Xmas decs

When do u take yr decs down ? I've started taking mine down already only because I want to clean all the house top to bottom before I go back to work on Monday , does this mean I'm strange

We take ours down after new year
Im the same as you i like to unclutter the house and start a big deep clean

 

Weekend after new year for us.

 

no can't fault you, I like it ,our house looks huge when we take ours down......mind you I do live in a 7 bedroom mansion.

 

I leave them up all year round, every day is Christmas at Zed Mansions.

 

Ours came down tonight, always do it the day before New Year's Eve , all ready for New Years

I'm glad to here that I've only got tree still up and that's gone 1st thing in the morning

 

Probably tomorrow

it always makes me sad

 

mine came down last night as its my lil girls 3rd birthday and she thinks santa comes again so we put up birthday banners, oh and spent most the day dressed up as a fat pg (peppa pig )

It's kind of like that for us, every one round us puts theirs up mid November (weird I know ) and my little girl pesters us to put them up but my boys birthday is the 9th of dec so to be fair on him and his birthday, we resist til after before putting them up

 

Mines down, been itching to get em down since putting them up a few days before Christmas.

 

This coming Saturday for us so it's all back to normal ready for school on Monday

 

Booooooooooo don't mention about going back to school. I don't want to.
