Hear hear If I was a newbie looking for a forum I'd steer well clear after seeing some of the posts I've caught up on in only days away. And they say girls are bitchy!!
Seeing 'those' threads last week made me start to feel a bit 'not bothered' and edgy about meeting more TLB-ers, (having just started to get a bit more involved myself and having enjoyed my first proper TLB camp the other weekend), and I'd started to feel a bit indifferent about going to any future events, but I'm so glad we went to the Tramway Museum ...
Chill out guys. A few grumbles, not necessarily unjustified and there's mayhem ) This forum isn't going to collapse in a heap of woe unless we all get in a misery mindset.
Ive had nothing but good vibes from TLB. But its a fact of reality that some people will always annoy some other people. Thats life. Whilst typing that I realised that it might be me annoying people without realising. I can be most annoying. Therefore If I annoy you, I am sorry but I cant help it. I am genetically predisposed to be an annoying twerp. Oh and I am even more annoying in real life. Anyway. We cant all get along all of the time. Sometimes some of us will just be berks. Stuff happens. Anyone can have a bad day. Or a bad week even. I dont hold grudges for more than 5mins. I get over things easily and quickly. So please feel free to annoy me in retaliation.
They advise on Twitter never to post whilst either drunk or angry. I think the same advise could be well heeded here. I'm still meeting new people at every camp and I've yet to meet a bad tlb-er face to face. Me personally? I shall be following the teachings of buddah about living the now and not the past or future.
What needs to be done is as follows: Put these past few days behind and look to the future, its no use dwelling on things as this will not do the forum any good!
