Most of us drive them with the uppermost care and even wash them after one day out lol but there are loads of videos off road etc in jungles etc so built for it lol

I've done stuff like that in my buggy, my bus would just ground out and I'd be sat beached waiting for a tow!!

They are super off roaders - look v handsome with a set of chunky tyres on, IMHO. Pity VW never persevered with the 4WD version

 

It looks like he is running syncro 16 inch wheels, with some nice chunky town and country's

 

Anyone going to Delamere, Hill and Ditch is just across the road, £20 pay and play and lots of Landy's to pull you out . Spent a day there in my Disco a few years ago, nearly rolled it with the kids in the back! wife didn't speak to me for the rest of the day!!

 

I wonder how hard it would be to mate Syncro running gear to a Type 2 shell?
