Just the replacements may be slightly different sizes within some tolerances.. the laminated screen I bought from JK a few years back was slightly taller than the original.. maybe 1 or 2mm and it never went in properly, the seal kept popping off the at the bottom .. maybe that was rotting out too..
The Chinese manufactured heated windscreen fits perfectly. (Ricky Evans Motorsport not far from Victoria Farm / TE - imports and delivers them to JK and Heritage)

I don’t think you an get a replacement toughened screen though unless its second hand. Pretty sure all the new ones are laminated which is just as well because toughened definitely dosent make them stronger just safer by collapsing into a zillion small cubes. Laminated is safer and stronger than the original.

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,, someone can argue if they like :shock::shock:

Once people stopped poking their heads through windscreens as often because seatbelts became compulsory.
Laminated windscreens became normal as being stronger, becoming structural panels when glued in place, and tending to stay in one piece rather than becoming a lapful of unpleasantly sharp glass shrapnel when a stone hits them.

But disposing of laminated windscreens is quite hard work.. wrapped in a tarp, they roll up with a bit of help. Although there is a recycler in the UK who recycles the rather expensive plastic layers in the laminate..
