I actually prefer a good, strong cup of instant over most coffee shop offerings. Most don't even do a filter coffee. It seems they all have to have foamy milk, weird syrups, sprinkled cr*p on them. Darned hipsters!
I am long term type 1 diabetic and I was drinking too much coffee and causing me to pee far too often leading to dehydration and anxiety. I do have 2 cups of weak coffee at breakfast then non caffeine teas and plenty of water through the day. Caffeine can become addictive and not easy to give up, so I settled for a little first thing.
No reason why you can't get a good cup of coffee at an airport...……..oh, hang on you're in Australia, hard pushed to get a good cup of anything there.
