This is our van (Vinnie), we love the strong engine and original Helsinki interior but aren't altogether happy with the look and stance...(the wife doesn't like the fact he is all orange actually but thats another story!).
Anyway, we can't really take him any lower without losing a lot of ride comfort for the family, maybe different wheels and tyres would make a difference....anyone got any thoughts on making him just a little bit cooler?!
    Cheers

  2. smart van - good looking wheels. Not much to more to change.
    Go faster stripes!

  3. yeah I guess, I think maybe the tyres are just not low profile enough, difficult to tell on this pic tho.

  4. I love the orange. Wheels look good too. It's perfect...leave it.

  5. Mmmmmnnnnnn stripes!! ;)

  6. Ye go with a gt40 or dodge viper stripe or with it being orange go full general lee on it

  7. That looks great - I wouldn't change a thing :)

I think I would change the front indicators to white, but apart from that it looks good.

  10. raise it and big chunky tyres

Lower profile tyres will give you a harsher ride. It looks nice as it is

  12. I think the wheels and stance are great, what about some 70's side stripes? Love the orange.

  13. Side stripes, chrome grill, chrome side step, the name in white at a angle on engine lid, spot lights, chrome door handle infills, jailbars, but to be honest its great as it is! Just enjoy the open road and add some miles to the speedo!

  14. Like the stripes idea .... Can't find any photo examples , if anyone has any please point me in the right direction.

Don't fix it if it isn't broken!!!

Have to say the 70's style stripes like @Birdy has are cool looking.

  16. Rohypnol should do the trick and easier to apply than stripes

  17. Some people have painted them on, but I would have thought the easier option would be to befriend a vehicle graphics specialist and get them to make them up for you in vinyl stickers. Either someone who does vinyl wrapping or applies logos to company vans, or someone who does decals for motorhomes will be able to do them.

  18. Great, thanks for the tips!
