i'm a time served carpenter/shipwright but self employed for 20yrs running our own pet shop but also building selling furniture now and then but as a pension we buy and rent out a couple of houses, hope to buy more soon before the prices go back up.................
would love to retire while I'm still young enough and just tinker with cars and buses.........

 

Part time engineer, full time puppet.

 

Retired shipwright/steelworker/docker, now a general dogsbody.

 

Winter - Pro Ski Patroller & Paramedic
Rest of the year - Fishing Guide, Retained Paramedic, general layabout.
In the past - College lecturer, photographer, film industry (art dept).

 

I have a high power job in the City, I run the IT dept of a large trading bank, I've got my own desk you know

But I only work Monday to Friday 9 till 5 holding up traffic
The weekends out in the camper holding up more traffic

Part time painter.
Full time artist and now vw tinkerer too.

 

Gas and oil heating engineer. Self employed. I leave plumbing to the Polish.

Would give it all up tomorrow to join the fire service but they won't have me. (Sad face)

 

My children do a very similar thing !!

I work with 4 and 5 yr olds.
That's about my mental age.
I used to get paid to go into school and play but now I've got more responsibilities I've got to take it more seriously.
It sucks being a grown up.
