Atlantic prawn cocktail drizzled with freshly pressed lemon juice and twists of cucumber to start,
Filet minion in a sauce bernaise with lightly fried shallots all on a bed of fresh lettuce.
    Blackcurrant cheese cake all
Washed down with a fresh cool elderberry juice with a mint twist.
The wife made it and I appreciated her for it.

Steak and ale pie with mash carrots and beans in the poachers pocket at Chirk. Pub grub but satisfying enough after a long trek through Snowdonia x
