As a lot of you know I have stumbled across a little beetle project. I am in the process of starting her up but the carb will need a good clean so I was thinking of doing my first carb rebuild. Can anyone identify what carb this is so I can buy a rebuild kit? Cheers in advance guys

mmmm...nice. If you take the air filter off, the carb type will be written on the side of the carb float chamber. A Solex of some description. the carb refurb kits tend to have bits for several kinds of Solexs, so one for a 34 PICT 3 may do.
I used to buy lots of classic cars as well as campers and to hear that chug chug for the first time was ace... A resto is 20x`s better if it can move... ;D
