What are you doing today

I climbed Snowdon today. It was big and I am clever 8)

 

Had to be up at 4:30 to go down to Hertford to strip out a ex police garage of EVERYTHING we can even if it is bolted down it is coming out and we get to keep it anything that is in there! As it is being flattened tomorrow!

 

Just gonna pee then get some fresh baked french stick bread and the rest of the day we will chill on the banks of the Loire. That Leffe 9% beer is gooooood had 6 bottles yum yum.

 

Today i will be removing exhaust and j-tubes and hopefully reinstating the heating (of sorts) i belive i now have all parts to at least fashion heat to the front totem/screen....... we will see later.

 

I'm off somewher in the bus with the missus & the kids, not sure where yet.

 

Gotta shoot up the post with a parcel then I think I'm gonna finish the inner arch (inside and outside). Thats a little more completed.

 

back to work, half term in 7weeks

 

So far spent 3hrs washing the outside of the van now about to do the inside.

 

After a very enlightening phonecall which was supposed to be about direct debit going wrong, lady at the council suggested arranging things slightly differently. She sorted it all out and now it looks like I'm getting a 100% business rates reduction backdated for 18 months so a cheque will be in the post. 8). Just in the nick of time TBH.

Next on the list is Eon - they cocked up somewhere and though it was disconnected they continued to take a standing charge for economy 7 for 10 years or so. They tell me they must now reasses all my bills and BY LAW must apportion a chunk of it to ecomomy 7 - 30-40% if I remember. That's going to add up I hope.

 

1ST DAY BACK TO WORK AFTER A WEEK OFF TINKERING AND TAKING DAYS OUT IN THE BUS. Oops caps...I want another week off!!

 

I'm off down my M8 Adrian's so he can have a spin in Milly, his Bay has one off those type 1 sowing machine engines lol.

 

Got my bay in the garage & cleared all the leaves from the house guttering.
