I have just got hold of one of these and have a few questions. I need to get hold of some of the black plastic clips. Anyone know where I can get hold of these or something similar? Also, I need to get the frame poles grit blasted and painted but don't know the paint code for the brown paint. Does anyone know? Lastly, my awning is in good nick but has a few dirty marks on it. What is the best method to clean these? Any help is greatly appreciated. Fronk
i cleaned mine up with vanish in a spray bottle mine was horrid mould and all sorts of dead things from the states, i dont think its been up for years ;D then i used fabsil waterproofer and now its like new, i had it up in the rain like i've never seen before and not a drip came through
Yes Thats The One. I Need Some Of The Black Clips That Hold It To The Frame, The 2 Front Poles That Hold The Door Flap Open And 4 Of The Plastic Feet That Fit On The End Of The Frame Uprights.Any Clues?
Hi I have one of these, on mine the poles are painted brown from new, it is a Westy side tent as the Big Top had no sewn in ground sheet, how many hooks are you missing as you can replace the corner ones with loops that you place over the spikes in the corners freeing up 4 hooks. The plastic feet split, I am going to turn four in ally to replace them, the front two are just standard tent poles with spikes on top.
Thanks for your replies. I am about 12 clips missing so will have to keep my eyes open for some - or something similar. Thanks for the note about the poles. I am going to ask some caravan and camping places if they have a pair of poles. As for the feet, these seem commercially available. I take it the poles are 19mm?
