Does anyone know the correct sizes of westfalia Berlin curtains. Thinking of ordering a new set and I'm Not sure a standard late bay set will fit due to the cooker etc
Not sure how a Berlin compares but on my 72 Continental RHD the original curtain runs all along behind the cooker/wardrobe even though you can't actually get to it.
Have you got the original Westy curtain rails. Is so you'll see the curtains are looped over them and not on hooks. I got some made but they are a bit tight and don't slide terribly well. You need to ask about this. The originals were dark brown wool and quite thin. Most of the curtains are 750 x 520. There are eight of these, 2 for each side window. The back windows are 700 x 400 and these have two rails, top and bottom. Regret I can't get to measure the front ones as I now use an external one piece black out. These however fit with press studs.
Whatever you do, do not buy the Westy curtains from NLAVW. What a load of ••••. First set faded badly over a matter of days so sent them back, the replacement set was just as bad.The material is so thin it was tearing where the pop studs are fixed. Waste of 200 quid.
