Finally managed to jack the engine up to a decent working height! Yes it looks precarious but doing this by myself is no fun! Will try to make it safer. Now lets see what bodges the previous owner did! Top end rebuild and a shiny new stainless exhaust once it turns up. Wish me luck.
Haha well irony is I have a shed load (literally) of thick decent wood (scaffold planks) at my mums, which I put there last year before we moved house. Now I need the van to get the stuff to bring back home to do the van....oh its complicated!
