Ta, i've bookmarked it now, i decided Wednesday would be weigh in day - midweek and a week exactly since i started fingers crossed i've lost a few pounds or i'll be fed up - i hate salad and i'm eating loads of it
Mines coming on nicely thanks. I've up the pace a bit by have twice my nightly amount of beer and eating chocolate when Mrs TW isn't about.
