rcc imports will probably have one you could get a green one from heated rear screen as that's just a simple on off?
there was never any blue bezel for the original switches. you have red for hazard, green for rear defrost and heater, yellow for fog lights (hard to find) and orange or more of a pale red for rotating light (yet even harder to find) your best and cheapest option is to get a defrost or hazard switch and sand off the marking with wet sandpaper or steel wool, and polish back to shine. then you can use letraset, white foil, paint or whatever you think of to place a symbol of whatever you need it for. I've been on a search quest for all of them, and people keep offering me similar type & style switches I've come out picky and "difficult" for not wanting to settle for "similar", so i identify.
cool. I'd be very interested in how you do this. I have a bit of a switch fetish, especially for those that illuminate.
I got the one pictured from http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290745177108?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
