I have a Savoloy Riviera as the link above and the seats arnt fixed in position, you just inflate them and wedge them in where you like or leave them out. I never use my seat to sit on only as a foot rest, you would be fine with all three and no seats or one or two kids on seats. Depends on the age of your kids if they are both 30 then it might be tight. Mine was from Tesco direct on offer for £70, i wouldn't buy second hand, and order a skeg (rudder type thing) because they do like to spin around a bit, it just helps keep it straight till you get the hang of it Like this

That's the one, but with 3 jackets, pump, all the equipment it is not cheap, hoped for a second hand one! good price though, maybe if I sell the van I can buy one! I hate missing out on fun but I will have one for next summer!
