Hi everyone I'm after a passengers door for my van , not fussed about some rust as the bottom of the door I have is mint so I can chop it up if needed . The more local to the midlands the better , I'd buy a new door but there pricey and I don't want to spend the last of my money for the bay just on a door Can anyone help ?
Hi there. Can you let me know what the hinge arrangement is on your door, does it have two countersunk allen-key bolts retaining it? Also, what are the hole centres of the bolts and the diameter of the hinge pin (either 15mm or 8mm)? Let me know and I may be able to help, I'm Hereford based.
It is the 2 hole counter Sunk allen key screws mate and the hinge pin is 15mm I'm sure as I brought a new hinge and the pin won't fit as it's too small , if you like I'll try to find a pic cheers ash
Hi there. My door fits the bill, I checked and the hinge pin is the larger type. I would need some time to remove the door and strip it down. Are you interested at all? Bar some scabby surface rust at the very bottom of the inner frame above the footstep it appears to be totally solid and straight. Cheers.
