Vin number location??

    Um I feel very stupid but where is the vim number on my 74 bay window? Just read its in the right hand side of the engine bay but I can't find it

    Left hand side of engine bay stamped into the upright bit below where the engine bay seal goes

    if it isn't there look behind the drivers seat for the vin plate - the "M " plate should be behind the passenger seat !
