urgent help needed, sliding door falling off, anyone able to advise?

Feel like a steak thats been dipped in a piranha tank lol. Like you say back to camping so, and I feel a celebratory vodka or three coming on. Thanks again for your help Buddy ☺

Ah, well if the hinge is still working and the wheel is intact it must be something else. Possibly the metal track is damaged or the nylon block is so worn that the whole hinge has twisted and the wheel has snagged and forced it's way over the runner. Worth checking when you get back and until then, hold the back of the door as you open it and slide it back. If it drops out again and snaps the bottom hinge(which I've also done), you'll have to spend the rest of your holiday with the door shut

We had an issue with our slider where the lower track had collapsed and so the door dropped down a small amount when slid all the way open. We have a temporary metal plug welded in until I can get that sill replaced.
