Free to a good home this prime example of 70s bad taste finished in a fetching green slapped on with a yard brush. It is however very solid and apart from the leaky cracked windows watertight and could be easily refurbished. Please save this from its destiny of being chopped up with the grinder and taken to the tip.
Not my cup of tea. I like these as they make my viking look aesthetically pleasing. Love the tent/guzunder thing, looks sustantial. Wouldnt mind one of those! How much and where?
Nor mine either hence the removal of! I will be fitting a devon doubletop instead. The tent is a temporary Garage from Machine Mart its great but took me 8 hours to put up! there are lots of bolts and poles and then ground anchors. I also got some more Rebar pegs to make sure it stays down. Its 7.3 m Long so plenty of room to work in and get a workbench up the front end too. I have a garage as well but thats full of tools and boat bits so no room for the van.
i would put a glass panel in the sky light opening take rack off fill holes ,turn it over n put it on ebay as rare glass bottomed boat for sale. someone will fall for it lol
get your bus off that gravel or watch the underneath rot away quicker than the leading edge of a washing machine lid in a convent
In a way its so ugly I kind of like it but it wont fit in a beach car park so its got to go! The Devon Roof I got was such a bargain I couldn't resist either. I just dont want to cut it up because there must be someone who likes it???
Even worse inside a tent as it will sweat and condense every time the sun comes out (not too often at the moment I know) Gravel holds moisture so the underneath of the bus will sweat, even outside as any rain water won't run away. Grass or gravel are the worst places to park a car. Other than in a puddle, pond, lake, Ocean or salt mine
Hmm Unfortunately I have nowhere else so it will have to do and I will keep an eye on it and vent it out as much as possible.
seriously, I'd suggest you get a load of cheap paving slabs and put those down, you may even find them on freecycle
We cut ours up with a chainsaw - no one wanted ours either! Altho @poptop2 was seriously tempted and wanted to sail it home
Ok Ok will look into it. I actually used a load of old slabs underneath as hard core to make it hard enough and it has Drainage under it so it's not as bad as it looks. Cheers anyway.
