    Bloody Nora! £12 now? Was £8 last time I went and I thought that was a bit steep! It is a fab place though. If you fill your car with as many people as poss it’s not so bad I guess :thumbsup:....or, as you say, park across the road.

    Probably met him then, took the kids down a few years ago.
    After my Dad nearly lost his arm when he got it caught in the belt I decided it wasn't for me and went into the safety of building sites :eek:

    To be fair - were it down south, that club would be the Corsa/Fiesta ST one and they would be doing donuts in the carpark.

    If you're referring to bread product names...in Holfirth the round bread things you might make a chip butty with is a teacake.... the ones you have toasted with a cuppa are fruit teacakes...funny lot in that neck of the woods.

  16. Hebby Bridge upt dale past Cleckhuddersfax, if it's not flooded after this rain. You'll go through Mytholmroyd on the way. Pronounce it right tha'll be inducted into Halifax pigeon racing club.
