Type 4 carbs part needed?!

Hi thanks for all your help with regards to advising on carbs. I bought a set which am having cleaned and rebuilt. However I am lead to believe am a part missing which is where the throttle cable connected to the bar. Sorry not technical term! Anyone have one laying around I can buy. Otherwise will have to have one made.
