For a bloke i'm not really into sport, i hate footy and all the usual stuff we men should like, the olympics to me was just an inconvinience, however i've always loved formula 1, no other motor sport, no other sport full stop, just F1.... up until i got my van i'd watched every race live since 1991, but because of camperjam and a meeting with other vw guys i've missed 3 live races (although watched as live later) in the last 2 years.... however in all that time i've never really been as emotional as i have been today, from 3pm until 7.30 i've been glued to the tv because as well as the title battle we have had drivers leaving and possibly drivers having enforced holidays next year due to not getting a drive, also the bbc team that have entertained and brought a new way of presenting lost jake humphrey today and it's been a proper rollercoaster of feelings for me, today i think i finally understand how some of you lot get so passionate about sport, so now i've got just under 4 months of no sport and free weekends - no idea why i'm typing this really but just to say to all other sport and f1 fans what a great race and season that was. :)

  2. Think with most sport if you dont actually attach yourself in some way its seems boring?? I dont watch very much atall now compaired to when i was younger but still am attached to some sports and motor sport. The trubble to is seasonal sport if your really into it leaves a big void at the end of the season.

no i don't like vegball, it's totally ironic that the best presenter - in my opinion we have had in f1 and who has totally revitalised the way it's presented had defected to present premiership footy next year.

    Tuesday wildchild I'm a circle!

Money gets them every time Rick.

I have and will never understand while Joe public gets so involed. The sports stars only care Joe public keep paying there over inflated wages and supporting their ego's.

Was a good race from what I saw of it.

  9. I dont give a t@@@@ for fottie or Rugby but Motorsport and F1.

What a great end to the season.
At least next season they all will be shown on the BBC.

i don't think they are all on bbc next year mate..... the way it was cleverly worded was misleading - they have highlights and half races until 2014 then it's up for renewal - basically they could have had it all for 2012 but doing a deal with sky let them share until then (2014), that's why i got a dish and german digibox i watch it on rtl until 2018 for free.

Sport is like soaps. One episode is meaningless, you have to get involved with the characters.

  12. so what is Jake doing next year
