Mothers with young children don’t get time off looking after them; Please Take My ChildrenTo Work Day was created to raise awareness that mothers need their own quality and holiday time while other adults look after their children. It's a bit like Please Take My Children Day, but with more purpose
Mine's too old to come to work these days & until she was 5 I stayed at home as a househusband. T'was a great 5 years, coffee mornings, play group & the young mothers club
Me too but one of mine is only 3 and the wife had just gone off on holiday for 2 weeks so I'm extra in charge now
mine love coming to work but i do have to be careful where i can take them building sites aren't really suitable
I remember going to work with my dad, there were lots of plastic extrusion machines making bags and stuff putting it onto huge rolls, I thought it would be cool to put a tube onto one of the rolls that collect the plastic ( looks like a huge toilet roll be rolled but in plastic) it threw all the plastic off the machine and they had to shut it down and set it all up again , I think i was lucky it didn't drag me into the roll along with the tube I was playing with. Was fun to go with daddy to work though
my old dad used to (have to)take me out with him on his ice cream van round, after counting the pennies/stock at end of night he prob wondered why he had not made as much profit as thought? ,how he never noticed that his son ,since entering van several hours ago, had become enormously fat ,I will never know>since them days I really cannot eat chocolate.
