Just listening to the news. How can a brand as big as Manchester United be so badly managed at the top? Someone presses the button to make an announcement, someone else says, 'Hang on a minute'. It doesn't bode well. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/46612442
Football club managers come and go, politicians come and go. They get hired or voted in, mess up, and clear off, and go spend their fortune. We are just observers.
I think it’s been on the cards for weeks Bern. The loss against Liverpool was just the excuse they needed. Fans aren’t happy with the way Jose plays football and would rather lose 2 -3 or 3 - 4 than watch that bland rubbish. It’s not all about winning for most Utd fans. It’s about how you win and how you play the game. I think that has finally sunk into the American owners. Ole has been on the cards for weeks. As I said, it’s about playing football the Utd way! I’m going next week to witness the man being manager
I do find it annoying and a bit strange that there are certain jobs where you get paid a fortune, are a bit rubbish and get sacked with a windfall pay off and then go on to another well paid job etc etc. How does that work?
I agree with him going but find the lack of professionalism at the club disconcerting. It will be interesting to see if the players can run a bit further and actually pass the ball for a new manager.
You may see a change. The players want to play attacking football, Jose didn’t like the attacking game so, there was a conflict. The Jose style might suit little clubs with no real tradition of winning in style, but this is Utd mate big club, big fan base and history
