Well today i thought what shall i do, and i remembered i had a old red table runner i got from the charity shop, i forgot about it, did buy it with intent of making a bag, and today i thought why not, kids out doing there thing and i was left in, Did all by hand, do own a sewing machine but i forgot how to thread it up : Got to say me finger tips and side of my fingers hurting a bit, will deff tomorrow, but its a bit tatty but i kinda like them like that.. ;D
That looks proper spot on!! What stitch did you use? I only ask because it took me Shell at least 45 mins to work out how to do a blanket stitch the other night!! :-[ :-[ Still not sure its how it looked at school but i think we are nearly there!!!
Did a lock stich i think they call it, then like a back stitch.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backstitch And plancket stitch
