Discussion in 'Shows Events You've Missed unless you went' started by Honky, Jan 30, 2013.

  1. Yay!!! Come along, it's going to be great :D

  2. Probably a stupid question but is it an ok one for kiddies? :)

  3. Yep, I think a few others are bringing kids too. It's a lovely site next to a canal so they can go on the peddalos or I think there's a small playground too.

  4. My 1 year old is going ... he's probably more mature than some of the adults going

  5. That is so true!

  10. I'm coming and looking forwards to it! :)

I do have to slope off to the aforementioned music festival down the road on the Saturday, so I can't do the brewery tour, but I've decided to come and camp rather than just visiting you guys :D

  12. good work people. if any one else is interested on the tour I have 5 spaces left I need to fill!

The only reason we camped far away was Horts and there were a whole load of adventure scouts by the entrance.

I will be aiming to get there between 1 and 2 on friday so if anyone else gets there earlier park nearer the entrance as it was a mission.

Those not going on the tour (Mrs Horts, Mrs Mike4 and the rest of the girls, Dan, Hailfrank etc) will have to entertain yourselves.

    Looking forward to it guys.

  13. PS Fires off the ground are allowed

  14. you plonker .... you have cursed it now ....

  15. Kids love brewery tours! Jokes aside the campsite is child and dog friendly. If the kids want to do the tour, I will have to check with them, as they usually do special tours for kids etc.

  16. Dont forget the canal guys - great for kayaking, bike rides and dogging and walks

  17. but not rabbit

  19. Just sorting out travel to and from the tour.

I will do an early drop off down there - Lord Charles Im pencilling you in again to the pub opposite the road.
Birdy are you happy to do a run?
The very lucky MrsMike4 will do a run.

    any other volunteers?

  20. Oooo looking forward to this, feels like it's been ages since we camped!

I'll bring some skittles (not the sweets although that can be arranged!) and a frisbee to pass the time as well - all games welcome :D
