Hi All. Is anyone able to help getting a compressor from Lasty's in Shepperton to me in South Lincs, near Bourne? My Peugeot 207, which is probably too small anyway, is on its last legs and wouldn't make it. He's held it for ages for me and I really could do with it here as my little compressor isn't much cop. Can pay fuel + tea and biscuits.

Is @Lasty not doing TE this year or is April too late?

That would work for me but I was trying to get it sooner as I'm possibly trying his patience a bit.

He's very patient, as long as people don't keep tagging him @Lasty :hattip:

Lol. I wouldn't dream of it.
It would be novel to have a compressor in the field plugged in to somebody's hookup for the weekend, wouldn't it @Lasty .......... whoops

  7. Turned all my alerts off - yaboo to you lot :D

Anyhow , @Mark Darby , hanging onto it isn`t a problem but will need collection by someone if you want it . Techenders in April would have been an option but the compressor just won`t fit in the van i`m afraid - tried last weekend !!
Plan B would have been to pop it in the works van and meet up somewhere but that option is a non-starter now , they`ve started logging the van mileage

    Dimensions are approx Length = 110cm , Height = 85cm , width 40cm - your average 100 litre compressor size .
I`m not in a mad rush but it would be good to see it put to good use rather than sat in mateys
    lockup ....

    Anyone help him out ??
Anyone bringing a trailer from West London to Techenders ??
(and no - i`m not fitting a towbar ...)

  8. can't you rock the bed out and then put it on top of the bed.

starp it down so it doesn't roll about etc

I'm working to get my bus on the road ASAP. Loom is in, just got to connect all the ends now. Engine is built, need to put tinware on and reassemble heat exchangers. Pretty much that's it, then MoT! Bus is empty inside apart from front seats so will be able to get the compressor in easily. I'll keep you posted :)

  12. Is it the height?

Bed must be more than 40cm wide and 110cm length

  13. Height mate , it's got a Harley-esque V twin on top ..[IMG]
