Admire anyone that can be a teacher in this day and age - its a whole lot more than just teaching kids these days - now I feel old :laugh2:

Wonder why the government feels it so necessary to enforce such a lot of homework on children nowadays? ???

 

with you burntout , on radio yesterday teacher was explaining they now have breakfast clubs for the children who are sent to school without having been fed by gaurdian(S) ist ??!! some teachers paying for food from there own earnings ! jesuswept ! teacher(s) great people , govt. should butt out and let them get on with ,well, teaching!.

 

my life was made hell in primary school when i was young , complained to my mother , but she done nothing about it , she thought it was childrens stories , ie lies from me . but she soon got the message when i came home with marks , and refused to go to school , i ws dragged the next day to see what was going on , i was plonked on a chair out side the office , a girl in my class passed and my mother asked her had i done anything wrong in the class , see said to my mother KITTY she s never of his back she slapped him yesterday and called him a spastic , see pulled his hair through stuff at him and allways slagging the way hes dressed ,

welll my mother read the place , and the teacher was sacked , that was in 1977, i never looked back i loved the other teacher s, they treated me well , and i came on leaps and bounds , and was in the top 5 in secondary school ,

so up with good teachers ,
