Hi My bus have developed a fault ie it wont tick over when cold and sometimes when its warm too but definitely worse when its cold, I have a standard 1600 two port with standard carb and oil bath, I suspect its carb problem, any ideas? Jim
Check the wire to the cut of solenoid hasn't fallen off, and is getting 12v. Check no vacuum hoses / ports have fallen off. Check that the choke mechanism is moving smoothly, and opens correctly. If all that checks out, Check points gap, timing and valve clearances before further carb tinkering.
