Throttle Cable Link Help

  1. Throttle Cable Link Help
    I have attached the throttle cable to the accelerator linkage under the cab floor and it looks a bit under engineered –
    The cable has a Z bit on the end and goes through a hole and seams to just sit in position – but I am not sure if that is correct, or if there is a cover/lanyard on the linkage to ensure it does not jump out of the hole – can anyone help or has anyone got a picture of what it should look like so I can make the bits.

  2. That's it - looks a bit crude, but is fine. If the cable's correctly tensioned, it's not going to pop out, honest.
