This morning for breakfast I'm having coffee,banana on toast and cheerios with muesli
No mincepies? Or sprouts?

Bowl of fruit & fibre and a coffee. Love my fruit & fibre
2 poached eggs on home made bread toastes. This we have every morning unless no eggs or bread.

Costas Emmental and Mushroom toastie for me. And some of their crap coffee .
Coco pops with my calendar chocolate broken into it... And a bru... yum... x

No eggs. No bread. So I had a health giving ciggie & a coffee instead >
