The girl in the shop in Ambleside said she didn't know how long it was going on for but from the sounds of it they are in trouble and need to generate some revenue.

A christmas shopping opportunity or forget all that and buy yourself something nice!

Millets had 40% off when I went in on Saturday.

 

Looks like they're still giving 40% online too. Interesting!

 

They have been in trouble for a while. Looks like it's getting deeper trouble.

No I agree - I think they lost their way. Not really a gear/outdoor shop anymore.
