Do you make moose jerky or smoke cured moose sausage?
Ive never eaten moose and would love to try it

We had moose stew when we were in Sweden a couple of years ago - very strong flavour, a bit like a cross-between beef and venison

 

Sounds really nice ,dont think Mrs Moosey would approve but there horrible things anyway and they dont shoot themselves

They sang the original song, but there was a Scottish entertainer on Aussie TV in the early 1960's who used to use it on a regular basis. Usually for taking the mickey out of himself & his accent.

We'r getting there. I shot one yesterday,so we now got 2 out of 5.
Starting to be very cold up there ,woke up this morning with ice in my beard

It was - 9,4 C yesterday morning.
And no,,i've never seen vw campers among other hunters.
It all started when i sold my old blueboy under some heavy influence of a bottle of moonshine to Jørgen
After that Erik also wanted one, so we found one x army fire truck way up north last easter.
The other teams think we are a bunch of hippies
