He's a all round good egg and a mate . i loved his verve when he came on here spouting about his Champagne edition bus that he was importing and the whole thread he created around it , he took the stick well - poo bus /log cabin/ brown in the town / turd bus etc , he made me laugh when he should have been giving it back big style - top man Believe it or not he and Lu were the first people that my Lou and i had ever set up camp together with in over 30 years of vw'ing and that was at the green dragon this year , it was great and they made us very welcome . Rick is avid about this place , helpful and full of knowledge too , i often ask him first even though he has not had a vw before , he soaks up info like a sponge and is only too willing to pass it on ,we exchange gifts and help each other like what good friends do ( i think the brown teapot gift made him smile ) and thats because we met here on tlb a good place . Yes i take the Mick , but i only do that with people i trust and like , he has been a good companion this year and hopefully next year too , i will probably continue taking the Mick out if him cos he deserve's it but for any newcomer out there or people who just don't get it -- HE IS MY MATE AND GLAD OF IT I AM TOO !

Yeh he is , hes like rockin orse pooz, i go on uva forums not vw ones but uva stuff n ive never sin so much luv as you two av for oneanuva its nice init. whenz the engagement ooooooops e told me not ta tell :- just wish i add some a the smileys ovas av mines gone, i got nun left. tarts are out this christmas its my birfday soon too :'(.
