"The Coroner" TV Show

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by dacky360, Dec 8, 2016.

  1. Being of the semi retired persuasion (I only usually have work during the Spring/Summer/Autumn), and being that the weather lately has been too cold/damp and generally miserable, I have been watching daytime TV.tuesday_wildchild

The above show is set in South Devon and almost everyone drives a late bay!

The Coroners assistant drives one and, in one episode, one was used as a get away vehicle in an armed robbery!:eek:

The stories are unbelievable and the acting is a bit wooden but the scenery is fantastic so I'm already planning a trip there next year.

    Anyone else seen it?

@dacky360 You're watching the second series....I loved the scenery and did a tour of Devon last spring.....the beach scenes are filmed at Hope Cove and the Coroners office is filmed at Dartmouth on the quayside where the lower ferry crosses.
You can't beet a bit of afternoon TV when the weather is rubbish!

  6. True.:surprise:

My other half likes those awful American Xmas films that are on at the moment. I literally have to leave the room when they are on, they drive me crazy!!

  7. Can't wait for the Spring!
