I don't think paying the fee will get anything but the domain back, i thik the content has gone.
So @SkutterBob will have to start from scratch anyway.

I've just spent 20 mins on the phone to them and they have now raised a ticket and will get back to me

 

I can build a new site, no problem. Just need access to the domain name.

@paulcalf @SkutterBob I can host the website for you if you want me to which should save some money - so you would only need to renew the domain name.

 

Thanks for the offer, I was just going to run it on Wix as a free account and just run the domain name as a forwarder. I know it will have their logos but they are not that intrusive. Template selection is decent.

That is much simpler than me hosting it as Wix has the website builder built in!

Not a criticism at all… but I checked this thread as I want to come . The thread itself gives very little info as to the location etc.
I have been to it before but get confused when TE is mentioned along with Keith’s field. Are they the same location but different dates.

 

If i remember correctly, wasnt there a suggestion a couple of years back by someone offering to give a presentation of a engine build , a few others suggested they could give a talk on a specific subject . Though I've no specific skills i could offer in such a "workshop" it would be something new /different .

Is there anyone going to TE that has an account with custom and commercial... I'm trying to order 2 sets of the red silicone rocker cover gaskets they do for 1800-2000 engines but my account is locked and all attempts to unlock and make another one have failed.
If there is anyone I can send the amount to for them to order and bring to TE it would be greatly appreciated
