I can bring a nice welder, it's big on amps but ikle on size , gotta see what else I should bring, I'm sure there's enough tools to go round

To be honest I'm not sure I can afford it as it stands, (with the trainfare an that..), but should know on Monday, so will keep you posted.

If you want to come and stay here earlier for a cheaper train ticket thats cool by me as id have some male company and i could show you around my area

If my van decides to arrive back that weekend then i wont be able to come straight away so if it makes it more sure he will get there for the weekend then it may be better for you to take him?

I miss the old days of no internet and phoning the hotline from a phone box to find out the next meeting point for the convoy to the gathering

You know how it goes with welding, one minute it's a patch and before you know it you've hacked out the whole chassis. Plus it's noisy (grinding) and there will be small children and dogs etc, welding flashes blah-di-blah. We've considered welding, filling and painting and all these things are a bit too heavy duty and weather dependent for a camping weekend. Lets keep it to peaceful spannering? That way the only thing to worry about is whether your bus is safely off the ground.
