T25 seats vs latebay seats.

What is the difference between latebay seats and early t25 seats?

Reason I'm asking is because I have early t25 seats in my bay, the ones with a big hole in the headrest.
Do the ready made seat covers fit from a latebay?

As above they’re subtly different. The bases on the late bays still use the old horsehair padding. The T25s are foam based.
The backs for them are basically the same though.

Including the headrest hole spacing?

 

The holes are unfortunately different sizes I believe.
