Hi I have a freeway flyer gearbox in my T25 which I am considering breaking, my question is will a t25 gearbox fit in a bay or split with irs conversion without excessive mods, they look similar but I have no idea Advice would be appreciated
From what I’ve seen, generally no, as the T25 boxes have the shift input on the side of the box rather than on the end of the nosecone. (But now waiting to be proven wrong!)
Aren't early T25 boxes the same with the change in the front and the later ones on the side. I'm sure I had a T25 one that was the same as a T2 @davidoft will know.

I vaguely remember early t25 are but something needs swapping , been 20 years since I’ve seen one like it
