We are rapidly approaching the third anniversary of taking the van apart to get the three different colours of green and tangerine peel sorted and my host (still a friend, for now) would like me to have it back together by May. The wiring loom is in, the lights are in and all the old adhesive around the windows is gone but I just do not have the time (and skills, probably!) to do the vinyl, get the windows back in and get all the stuff off Ewan's shelves! I live about 20 miles from Glasgow, near Loch Lomond. Does anyone know where I might be able to take the van and all its bits for someone to finish off my half-a£&@d job? Alternatively, I suppose I could rent another lock-up and give Ewan his garage back - so if anyone knows an empty double garage within about 10 miles of Drymen...
We’re not overly endowed with Scot’s on here, good luck finding help. personally I’d find a lock up and leave it there while you sort out a bit of help or bone up on your knowledge and abilities, the at least you will know how to fix it when things go wrong!
I'm on the opposite side in Edinburgh. The only place I know of and have used is in Tillicoultry... DTH performance...
