This will be the 5th year of running the Santa Cruise, hopefully it will be the biggest yet!
    It works like this..

You pay £14 per car to take part – for this you will get a free Santa suit.
Additional Santa suits can be purchased for your passengers at £6 each.
The initial purchase cost of Santa suits will be donated by VW Heritage, meaning all money raised
on the day, will be passed directly to the charity.
As with the last 4 out of 5 years, we will be supporting (and visiting) the Children’s Trust, at Tadworth Court, near Reigate.
Once dressed as Santa we will be driving to Tadworth Court, in convoy to spread good cheer, and donate presents (for those who wish to).
The drive is approximately an hour, and will be A and B roads.
All cars are welcome, however we try and make it predominantly classics and VWs –we have Mini’s, Lotus 7’s and others come along too.
Sunday 14th December is the date. We will be meeting at VW Heritage in Shoreham from 12.30, and leaving at 13.30pm sharp.
We will get to Tadworth at about 2.30, where hot drinks, mince pies and the Children / staff will be on hand.
We are likely to be there for an hour or so before having a group photograph, and then driving home before it gets too dark!
You are welcome to take presents to the children if you wish, as before they must be new - good presents include toiletries gift sets, hats, scarves, recent CD's / DVD's. We have been asked that we DO NOT WRAP PRESENTS but take them in gift bags, that way they can be given to the most suitable child easily and quickly.

Please share the event and sign up if you can make it, we will be ordering suits in advance based on these numbers.

  5. I work for The Children's Trust - an excellent charity (not least because they employ me!). I'm up north though so won't be able to join you, but good luck with it and I hope everyone has a good time
