they are called a monkeys tail done by and old salty sea dog i work with 20 odd years in the navy i will have draw pulls and stuff done the same but i will learn how to do them
Well call me Freudian, but the monkey's tail was certainly not the first bit of anatomy that came to mind. Clearly, that old dog was at sea entirely too long. Try not to think of this whilst you're, eh-hemm,... pulling on them.
